Exchange & Return Policy

All Zohvéra garments are made to order, crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns. However, we do support exchanges and refunds in specific situations, as outlined below.

Size Exchange

We put a lot of care into ensuring you receive the right fit:

• A detailed size chart is provided
• Our team assists you in choosing the correct size

• We offer custom sizing and fitting guidance
• Each garment includes an extra 1–2 inch margin inside for easy alterations

Damaged or Defective Products

Because of this, size issues are highly unlikely. However, if you still face a sizing concern:

• Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

• We will arrange a size exchange, subject to availability
• A nominal pickup fee of ₹150 will be applicable

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 1 day of receiving the order
• Contact us at hello@zohvera.com or +91 97737 67995, along with clear photos or videos
• Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package, showing the product from all angles, tags intact, and packaging intact. This is compulsory for damage or defect claims. Items must be returned exactly as received, with original tags and packaging.
• Once the product is returned and inspected, and the claim is approved, the customer may choose either store credit or a replacement of the correct product (subject to availability) — whichever they prefer.

Refunds

At Zohvéra, we carefully inspect every garment before it leaves our studio, so issues are extremely rare. That said, your peace of mind matters to us.

If a damage or defect is confirmed after inspection, we’ll happily issue a store credit or correct replacement so you can shop with us again with confidence. This store credit is open-ended and can be used anytime on future Zohvéra purchases.
