Exchange & Return Policy
All Zohvéra garments are made to order, crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns. However, we do support exchanges and refunds in specific situations, as outlined below.
Size Exchange
We put a lot of care into ensuring you receive the right fit:
- A detailed size chart is provided
- Our team assists you in choosing the correct size

- Each garment includes an extra 1–2 inch margin inside for easy alterations
Damaged or Defective Products
Because of this, size issues are highly unlikely. However, if you still face a sizing concern:
- Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

- We will arrange a size exchange, subject to availability
- A nominal pickup fee of ₹150 will be applicable
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform us within 1 day of receiving the order

- Once the product is returned and inspected, and the claim is approved, we will issue a store credit
Refunds
At Zohvéra, we carefully inspect every garment before it leaves our studio, so issues are extremely rare. That said, your peace of mind matters to us.
If a damage or defect is confirmed after inspection, we’ll happily issue a store credit so you can shop with us again with confidence.This store credit is open-ended and can be used anytime on future Zohvéra purchases.
